Pros: Friendly staff. Breakfast was great. It was a convenient location, close to the hospital. Overall pretty clean. Lots of water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water.

Cons: Leaky toilet.

Nice size room

Pros: Loved the location of the room. Really liked the separate bedroom from the living area and bathroom. I was happy that the breakfast bar had bacon and potatoes. The room was big enough to get the wheelchair around.

Cons: The bathroom was not accessible for the wheelchair. Had to keep hunting down a staff member to get stuff for breakfast. The coffee was empty at 7:30. No ketchup, syrup, or tongs to get pastry products out with. People were standing around looking for things that they were out of and no one was around to refill items. Took a few minutes to find the light switches.

Very nice hotel and and a good value

Pros: The closeness to the interstate and having a good Mexican restaurant next door

Cons: The toilet in our room was way too low and very uncomfortable to use. The shower did have a hair in it otherwise the room was very good and this was the second time we stayed there. We will probably stay there again on our next trip going through Charleston.

Step above others

Pros: Staff were wonderful over all my interactions. Large tv, desk, microwave, mini fridge and chairs made for an comfortable experience. There are stores nearby within walking distances for groceries, a pharmacy, and restaurants.

Cons: Lamps have a small switch that is difficult to identify on the fixtures. Parking lot spaces are missing the paint lines.

Pros: Everything was comfy and clean and the staff were super nice and patient. The beds were really comfy and there was plenty of room to move around and still be comfortable.

Cons: The walls are a little thin as they are in a hotel and some couple near us were having a great time if you catch my drift, plus it was easy to hear people from outside but that's not necessarily the hotels fault.
