Surprisingly good

Pros: Room and bathroom were newly refurbished and perfectly clean. Staff was friendly and hotel is conveniently located. Excellent value for money!

Cons: Hotel (and parking lot) were a bit hard to find initially. There was no communication about the $100 safety deposit beforehand, which was a bit unfortunate

It was ok.

Pros: Did not have breakfast there. Was not aware they had it.

Cons: Toilet seat was loose. Told check out person. Elevators were out of service. Had to drive around about 5 minutes to find motel.

Pros: There was no breakfast served at this RedRoof in.but there was always fresh coffee and the room was clean comfortable and sufficient. Not getting my deposit back

Cons: Not getting my deposit back because th we manager thought it well to keep it because of a problem caused by one of my guest. I'm trying to understand the problem was out of my control. I still would recommend Red Roof In as it deserves not to be judged by one person's believe. Thank you Red Roof Inn your rooms are excellent.

Great Stay for the price

Pros: Checked in early, the room was available so I was able to spend some extra time in town. The front desk girl did an amazing job of decorating the lobby in Halloween stuff. Nice touch.

Pros: Quiet and clean and easy to get back on the highway in the morning.

Cons: It was tricky to find the entrance, but I did.

Pros: I loved the property, room was remodeled and the hotel was right in the center of everything

All in all very nice.

Pros: Very clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Cons: We had to go to the front desk and have our key card fixed everyday upon our return because we couldn’t get in.

Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful. You should praise them!

Cons: The blanket on the bed had a blood stain. Asked front desk about replacing it but they said they didn't have a key for housekeeping. The staff was very apologetic and friendly about the whole situation. She even offered for me to get a room switch.
