We were quite happy with our stay.

Pros: We found the breakfast to be much better then outher hotels we have stayed at.

Great hotel in a convenient location that offers best value of any hotel along Interstate 64 in WV.

Pros: My room was great, extremely clean, & very well appointed. The king size bed was very very comfortable with tasteful, beautiful linens that made it rather hard to get up and out of bed! I will be a return hotel guest often when I am in the Charleston WV area.

Cons: It is late winter and I know the outdoor pool is closed, but the water in pool needs to be kept clean or drained for aesthetic reasons if nothing else.

Pros: Did not use pool. Its winter!! Cannot say enough about this facility. IT IS EXCELLENT and the staff are amazing. They are experienced and extremely helpful and I would recommend them to anyone. It was a pleasure working with Booking.com and your team are very helpful and efficient. GRATE EXPERIENCED with booking and the arrangements made for my trip...WONDERFUL!!!!!!

Kind staff, great place to rest for the night and extensive continental breakfast.

Pros: Interactions with staff from the front desk, restaurant/bar and cleaners was positive. Everyone was really kind and helpful! We all slept well and so did our 1.5yr old toddler after 10hrs on the road...thats a win! Also had probably the most extensive continental breakfast of any hotel I've stayed at in recent memory.

Cons: Not really a drawback for us, but toilet was not secured to floor and would rock when flushed. Could cause some major water/sewage issues to the room below. Would recommend replacing the flange and wax seal before re-securing. (Coming from a guy in the mechanical field.)
