Sleep Inn & Suites Cross Lanes - South Charleston

A halfway point stop.

Pros: The facility was conveniently located for our trip. It was very clean, well staffed, great breakfast and close to other places to get gasoline, food and shopping needs.

Cons: The hotel has been well used. Room furniture was worn as were the carpets. The elevators were difficult to catch because the doors closed extremely quickly after occupants exited.

Clean hotel, great staff and proximity to Cracker Barrel.

Pros: This is the first time I have stayed in a 3 star hotel and I was hesitant but that this was a rest stop on the way to another city and not much else available. I was extremely surprised with the hotel. It’s by no means fancy but full marks for cleanliness and the staff were so welcoming. The little things like hot soup and popcorn that was provided was unexpected and appreciated even though we didn’t partake. For the rate which was extremely low they even provide a good basic breakfast. Honestly better than some of higher star hotels we have stayed at in the US.

Cons: Nothing you get what you pay for here and then some.

Pros: Loved the free soup in the evening. It was chili the night I was there and it was delicious and hit the spot! Breakfast was very good too. Room was clean, great bed and nice tv selection.

Cons: It was a little hard to find as my navigation system could not locate the address and I had to call for directions.

Pros: Room was clean & comfortable. Free breakfast was exceptionally good.

Overall it was an excellent stay and would definitely recommend and stay again! 😊

Pros: Breakfast was amazing! Not only was it a huge breakfast but more importantly it was delicious! The whole stay was very relaxing, everyone was friendly, the place was very welcoming and inviting.

Cons: We were disappointed the pool was down because of mechanical issues. But we also understood it wasn't their fault. Also really disappointed there wasn't a hot tub..

Especially for the price, this is a place we will choose to stay in again.

Pros: Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good with a nice variety. Room was a King suite and was spacious. Appreciated the comfortable bed, refrigerator, and cleanliness of the room.

Oue stay was fantastic from meeting Antonio at the front desk who we later found out is the Boss.

Pros: It’s always clean and I love the coffee and tea that’s available 24/7.

Cons: I miss the steamed rice and the trimmings that they used to serve for breakfast. I was looking forward to it and was very disappointed when I went to breakfast and there was none.☹️

Overall amazing and would stay again

Pros: Staff was super friendly & hotel was quiet, clean, and up to date. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast in the morning was amazing.
