Pros: Very nice clean hotel in an excellent location downtown close to Nationwide Arena. Every single hotel staff member that we came across was extremely friendly.

Cons: Parking was extra.

Quick stay that served our purpose.

Pros: Check in, comfy bed. Was only there to sleep so didn't experience anything else in the hotel.

Cons: Parking situation, though I understand it is a challenge downtown.

Pros: Very nice, was happy with stay! A little expensive for downtown Columbus area but very nice Great staff at both front desk and valet :)

Cons: Checking in was a little slow due to a missing fold put bed and phone cord. No microwave in room. Vallet a little pricey

Great stay - wouldn't hesitate to book there again.

Pros: The Sonesta had a great location connected by Sky Walk to the convention center. Couldn't have been easier. The staff was excellent - helpful, friendly and efficient. The restaurant and bar were very comfortably and inviting - and we enjoyed two dinners there over our short stay.

Cons: While we really enjoyed the food and atmosphere of the restaurant, it seemed quite understaffed. Hopefully that was an exception. We felt bad for the staff.
