Pros: It was close to the arena so we could walk. There was a food court just next door that was great too.

Cons: It was a great stay. The staff was great. Clifford was welcoming and fun. There were no things that we did not like.

Our visit to the Hampton

Pros: It was clean, rooms comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful. It was also within walking distance of many restaurants and the arena

Cons: I didnt like that the only clear parking option was valet parking which was an extra charge. That should be listed more clearly or part of the room fee.

Clifford. Period. He’s the best year after year to help with all your needs!

Pros: Perfect location for the convention center and great restaurants! Small. Super quiet. Very secure. Great breakfast! Might not be the cheapest but definitely the best! And Clifford at the front desk is THE BEST!

Convient Location & Good breakfast

Pros: I liked the proximity to the Columbus Convention Center, the breakfast was good, and the beds were comfy.

Cons: The trash cans were typically overflowing in the dining area, the valet parking while convient was a bit costly.

Pros: The hotel front desk was very helpful! I had forgotten bottled water for my C-PAP machine and thr gentleman working the front desk, (I wish I would have gotten his name, but he was working 3rd shift on the night of jan 10, 2026) brought me 2 bottles of water to room 410. It was very nice and my family appreciated it very much!!!

Cons: There wasn't much to NOT like. But, if I had to say anything, it was the 2 elevators being out. But that wasn't a deal breaker. We got our steps in!!
