Overall I had a good experience!

Pros: I liked the upscale look and the cleanliness of the hotel.

Cons: I didn’t like that I was quoted a $200 security deposit and when I got there was told it was more.. I accidentally left my medication so I called 40 times before I could get through to someone and also reached out through booking. I finally got someone on the phone and they told me they found the medicine but then subsequently I got a message from someone saying they didn’t find it. They don’t seem to communicate very well amongst each other. Staff wasn’t that warm we weren’t really greeted coming in and out the hotel like typical hotels do.

Pros: Location was perfect. It’s near the stadium. The hotel is also located in the Short North. You can walk to so many restaurants/ shops / bars.

Cons: Parking is high. I don’t know a city where parking isn’t high though.

Wonderful

Pros: The staff were super courteous and helpful, always smiling and happy. Beautifully decorated and very cozy. The location is perfect in the middle of downtown with so many restaurants to choose from.

Pros: Nice, clean, friendly staff. Hot water and mattress perfect. They defeathered the room for me, so awesome. Easy walk to convention center and food.

Cons: Noisy at night. Not the hotel's fault (location), but better noise baffling would have made it perfect.

Comfort and fun in one place!

Pros: This was my second stay in the Joseph and I love it. The hotel is beautiful, modern, smells so good. The room is super clean and comfortable, the snacks are delicious and the staff is very pleasant. And the location is great, close to downtown but in a much better area where you can walk around and experience many cool shops, cafes and restaurants. All perfect.

Cons: The bar in the hotel could be a little bigger and better service. But that is just if I am being really picky.

Pros: Staff, especially Ean at front desk, is exceptional. He became my shadow assisting me when the Wheelchair Company failed to deliver a power wheelchair that worked. The restaurant is excellent, as is the location but I would return simply to see the staff again.
