Pros: Very nice hotel comfortable room and good breakfast. Easy walk to North St.

Cons: Hotel was great. But there is no supermarket or chemist around. North Market is a saviour for something quick to eat.

Pros: Close to the arena. Miguel at front desk was great and helped make my stay better. Nicole D. at first floor restaurant was a lot more friendlier and helpful than the last person I dealt with there.

Even though my stay was short, I enjoyed the time I was there and look forward to another visit.

Pros: I liked the intimate feel of the property and the staff is very friendly. The location to the arena is perfect.

Pros: Maxine was extremely accommodating at check-in. Rooms are super nice and comfortable. Central to so much to do. Kayla was pleasant upon check-out.

Good choice for a downtown hotel

Pros: New hotel with nice design. Rooms are with good size

Cons: Some maintenance issues. I discussed with the front desk at time of departure. Parking a car is too expensive.

Our stay was the perfect getaway

Pros: The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. We plan to return again!!
