Lovely room and great staff.

Pros: I loved being able to dine outside...the atmosphere was lovely.

Cons: This was a Birthday gift and breakfast was to be included. ...somehow they had no record if it. Only downside of my experience. I would recommend that if they see you are a senior having trouble with your luggage. .try to get a room closer to the elevator.

Elegance, paired with welcoming staff feeling home away from home at the Westerville Renaissance in Columbus !

Pros: The property was conveniently located near local shopping, and restaurants. The property is amazing, with a wonderful restaurant, and top notch workout facility.

Cons: There’s nothing to dislike about this property. The only thing I would comment on is if I had paid for my wedding reception I would close off the rear entrance so hotel guests weren’t walking through a wedding reception to get to the restaurant and bar area or hotel lobby.
