Great but affordable！

Pros: Very friendly and kind staff, clean room, nice swimming pool, good breakfast... No complaint at all. Worth staying and paying. And very convenient.

Exceptional location and to top it off a clean room with the most comfortable bed to relax!

Pros: The room and facilities were clean. The interior was modern and had a mature atmosphere. It was also convenient that there were many restaurants nearby.

Cons: The TV didn't work, but the staff fixed it right away so it wasn't a big problem.

Loved the facility, rooms, bar, and the staff.

Pros: I honestly can’t think of anything that I didn’t like. I loved having access to a bar w/food, lounge area, patio w/fireplace, the friendly staff, rooms, access to a microwave and the bed was oh so comfortable.

Cons: A microwave in the room.

Overall the stay was good. I would definitely come and back stay, as well as recommend to others.

Pros: The location, cleanliness of the room and establishment. Staff was nice and professional. Facility was very pretty. The rooms were nice as well as the bathrooms. Loved the walk-in shower. Also, like that there was shampoo and conditioner as well as body wash available. No need to bring your own. That was a nice touch. Also having a hair dryer. Refrigerator! Nice big T.V.!

Cons: No microwave. When staying more than a day or two it would be nice to have a microwave to use. Water pressure for the shower was not great. The fire alarm went off twice in one morning. It would be nice to have some type of a loud speaker for announcements to indicate not a true threat or something.

Overall the stay was good. Everything was clean and. Comfortable

Pros: I enjoyed the stay. The front desk staff was excellent. The common areas we clean and comfortable.

Cons: The housekeeping staff didn't knock before entering and just went into the bathroom to pick up the towels before realizing that my daughter was asking who was in the room

Pros: Choice at breakfast was good when you could get it. But there was a state fair and alot of stuff going on in and around Columbus all at the same time. All the staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff were chatty and friendly. The room was clean and very tidy and the shower was awesome.

Cons: The pool was sometimes freezing but a good swim. Not bad just an in sight.

Cons: Would have loved to have a microwave in my room but they did have one at the front desk that they allowed us to use.

Pros: This was a nice space, clean, comfortable and nice outdoor spaces

Cons: This was a Girl Scout Trip, They worked hard and planned for months. I booked 3 months ahead of time asked for rooms together or near each other and called the hotel to confirm since i booked through a third party. When i got there we were on 3 different floors and they were overbooked! Will not stay here again! It ruined the girl's whole night that they couldn't be together or at least on the same floor
