Jessie was amazing.

Pros: Jessie, I hope I spelt that right, she made the stay.

Nice hotel staff and surroundings but 2nd bed (pull bbn out sofa) was a huge let down

Pros: Everything good except pull out sofa dirty stained mattress and very uncomfortable..and because of thatc2 adults did not sleep for 2 nights

Pros: The location was great. I didn’t have the breakfast. I booked the room online through Booking. I paid for king size bed but when I arrived ALL king bedrooms were sold out. However, I booked this room due to home power outage. I was very pleased with the hotel and rested well. Thanks

Pros: Great hotel, the rooms were so big and it was so clean and updated.

Great price, Great location, great hospitality, great room....bad next day experience.

Pros: The room and everything was awesome. We asked to be put away from everyone because it was our wedding night and they did just that! We were so grateful.

Cons: We found out the hard way that there were NO security cameras on the outside of the building. Our 2019 Chevrolet Silverado was broken into a long with about 10 other cars and trucks the night we stayed. It's a shame that they didn't invest in security cameras so we could recoupe the 580$ it was to fix the window. They should definitely invest in outdoor security cameras so their customers feel safe. We liked our stay so much that we were thinking about making a new tradition to stay there on our anniversary every year, but we will not if they don't install outdoor cameras.

Pleasantly surprised and will check out more Residence Inns when we travel!

Pros: The friendly staff, the ease of check-in,the UBER clean room and delicious breakfast.

Had a great time and my sister is making plans to stay there soon with husband.

Pros: It was so quiet! Usually you here people in hall or next door and we heard nothing! There were a couple of busses with high school athletes there and didn't hear them. Breakfast was ok but not a big breakfast person. I wish we were able to sit in courtyard but it was raining.

Fantastic hotel but don't surprise with hidden parking fees.

Pros: The rooms were well equipped and beautiful. The entire hotel was clean and modernly decorated.

Cons: The check-in person tried to tell me it was $10 for parking. I simply said I won't pay that and he did not charge me. I hate hidden fees
