Pros: Beautiful suite, lots space. 2 separate bathrooms and nice kitchen.

Cons: In room ice maker was broken, no other ice option.

Pros: Room layout worked well for us. Breakfast space was nice. The food was okay. Typical for hotels. The staff was nice.

Cons: Elevator was slow, walls needed to be cleaned and wiped down in elevator. Floor in lobby was dirty. We were there with snow on the ground still which might explain. It requires regular upkeep.

I will continue to chose this hotel.

Pros: Not a crowded location. Very easy to locate. Facilities was very clean. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable.

Great Hotel, top notch!

Pros: Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean room with all you needed to stay. Coffee, tissue, TP, lotion, bath supplies. Ask for and received blankets. Had a Hot Chocolate Bar set up for kids, served caterered in meal for supper (no extra charge) great meal with service. Beer and wine also no extra charge. Pleasantly surprised, one of the nicest Hotels we have stayed in.

Cons: Only dislike, but would not keep me from staying again was...had a pending charge room rate + $100 (incidental fee), then 2 days later was charged room rate only. Pending charge stayed 6 days before falling off. I was worried about that a little, but it worked out, I just was not made aware of that at booking.

Clean hotel. Good breakfast. Very comfortable

Pros: I love walking in to the smell of a clean hotel. The bed sheets were fresh and the kitchen in the suite was well thought of. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of room to sit and enjoy it, especially by the fireplace.

Cons: The front desk attendant wasn’t warm welcoming and the attendant that took over wasn’t either. Also one of staff putting out the breakfast spoke to me rudely when I asked where were the beverages. But outside of a few grumpy people everyone else was delightful.

Great family stay

Pros: Our suite was enormous and spotless. Comfy beds. Great hot breakfast, so many options. Nice, clean pool and a firepit and basketball court outside that we enjoyed.
