Pleasant stay

Pros: Staffs were friendly. They upgraded my room at the check in since they had a problem issuing my room keys. The room was spacious and quite.

Cons: Mechanical problem of issuing the room keys.

A comfortable place to stay in if you're there for a night so you can catch the eclipse!!

Pros: Breakfast was good, rooms were comfortable with easy access to parking, good value.

Good one but a little old

Pros: Friendly staffs and good pet policy. Staffs helped solve all our issues.

Cons: It's a little old. We had some ants in the kitchen area.

Pros: Spacious and very comfortable room. Loved the kitchen with a big refrigerator and the quilted bed.

Great meeting place for family, pre-holiday celebration.

Pros: It was a central meeting place for several members of a family, and it was perfect. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Cons: The couch in our room was in poor condition, not comfortable: needs updated.

Pros: Breakfast options were pretty ok. Staff was good too.

Cons: Nothing really comes to mind right now.

We appreciated having a kitchen and a place to sit other than beds.

Pros: I loved the eggs and bacon and salsa, plenty of food choices. Great location, easy access to places we were traveling to. The room was nice and quiet.

Cons: I didn't like all the people hanging out in the parking lot by door 2. Also, there was a sticky feeling on the floor in the kitchen and bathroom, like they forgot to rinse the floor?. Had to wear my shoes. Some of the furniture looked like if you put anything on it, it would fall to the ground. The sofa looked very stained.

Excellent location, large and spacious room

Pros: The breakfast had a nice variety and selection. The room was the perfect size to accommodate my family and I. We will look to return soon.

Cons: The only thing missing was the pool not being open, but that may have been due to us having unseasonably warm weather. Other than that, there wasn't anything to not like.

Cons: De opklap bank was oncomfortabel, het had een spiraal matrasje maar het personeel hielp ons uitgebreid om ook hier een redelijk comfortabel bed van te maken

We enjoyed our stay and met many nice guests and appreciated the amenities i.e onsite laundry.

Pros: The breakfast was good, coffee great. We liked access to the Market in the hotel. Also the hotel is located in an area with plenty of eateries and shopping e.g. grocery stores, Target, delis, freeways. I

Cons: The main road (Chagrin) had lots of potholes.
