ANY SMALL SHORT COMINGS. THE STAFF MADE UP THE DIFFERENCE. STAFF WAS DRESSED FOR THE HOLIDAY!!!!

Pros: i was in need of a bathtub. The remodeliing of the hotel very nice. May consider replacing the curtains of patching the shade part. We light shining thru the patches, takes away some of the beauty of the up grades. Tub water wasnt hot, retrieve hot water from kitchen sink. perfect temp. ALL THE STAFF WAS AWESOME ACCOMMODATING ANY REQUEST.

Cons: The tub hot water. AND PEEK A BOO HOLES IN CURTAINS

Overrall always good. This was the only time I didn't like few things: its not right brings bugs

Pros: The room was clean and I know there are some people bring in bugs: I did see a bug and it was my first time: The many times I have stayed there.

Cons: The trash bags are a little small doesnt hold the trash properly, that's it.

Extended Stay is much better now. A place to stay and good area

Pros: The Hotel is much better now. Its been renovated, upgrade and good overall service.

Cons: The room are much better and the like complementary breakfast.

A great affordable place to stay

Pros: It has been updated since my last visit, which was in 2023. Location is great. I was in walking distance of the Pinecrest plaza. Staff were very friendly.

Cons: Only thing I didn’t like was there not being ice machines. Although there is a ice cube tray in the freezer, that didn’t help because I needed ice right away

Pros: Everything was clean except the bathroom trash can was dirty inside. they the put a trash bag inside to hide the bottom of the dirty trash can.

Cons: Cleaning the inside of the bathrm trash can and its easy to do.

Overall it was OKAY! for the fact I know the rooms are being renavated

Pros: The rooms are being renavated and some room have worn out pieces of furniture

Pros: Location was great for work everything was close for shopping and dining etc

Cons: For the price breakfast could have been way better. Cooking essentials could be provided and if taken charged.

Quick getaway in an accessible area for a decent price.

Pros: Convenient location next to shopping centers. Conveniently located next to the freeway which made it easy to travel to and from work. Rooms were decently priced and had all of the listed amenities to make it feel at home.

Cons: There was some construction that I did not expect. Didn't deter or bother me but wish this would be communicated to the public. Other than that, no other issues.
