I remain a customer of Hampton. I look for them when I travel.

Pros: Breakfast good and was refilled. Room OK. Hampton should be clean and safe. That is what we expect.

Cons: Missing are the writing pads and pen. Sounds trivial yet I have come to expect that and a binder in the room with information about eateries that are local.

Room was pleasant. Breakfasts good. Staff very nice.

Pros: The location was great. Close to restaurants and the area we wanted to see.

Pros: Breakfast was a strong point at this hotel with tasty bagels and fresh fruits. Hot coffee of decent quality is always available in the lobby. Most staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. Very nice TV in our room.

Cons: Rooms need an update: windows are hard to see through and bathroom equipment is a bit dated and could have been cleaner. Worst part were the elevators which worked very slowly and only 2 were available for the whole hotel.

I enjoyed myself & will be back… the breakfast & the set up was great my kids made their own waffles… had a nice

Cons: I just think there should be a 10-15 minute cleaning every 4-5 hours in the jacuzzi… the bubbles be dirty from ppl not showering before getting in

Pros: Friendly staff, very nice room, clean and comfortable. Included breakfast was good.

Cons: Only thing was one of the elevators was down so the wait was long. At one point the line was so long we opted to take the stairs to our room on the fourth floor.

Pros: Our king suite was so clean and cute! We loved the hot tub and being able to enjoy a pool during these cold months.

Pros: The property was close to the meeting. I had to attend. It was an excellent location, very comfortable room tremendous staff.

Pros: The room was great, staff were super friendly and helpful when it came to check in and later needing toe extend my stay.

Cons: Washing machines could've accepted card but I'm not sure on the standard honestly - also only 1 lift worked for the stay.
