Overall, relaxed and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff throughout my stay.

Pros: I had the free breakfast buffet from the Exec lounge - was perfectly satisfactory. I did not try the paid options in the restaurant

Cons: The pool wasn't the cleanest - found a bandaid, and many spiders and other bugs

Pros: Comfy room and good shower. Good gym. Plenty of free parking.

Cons: Location - nothing much happening around the hotel. Not worth the money paid.

Pros: Everything was amazing and staff were kind, we just had noisy neighbors! We didn’t let it interfere with our trip and didn’t want to report them to interfere with theirs because the hotel and its staff were so nice. I was able to get some hours to myself in the pool/jacuzzi 💖

Amazing from Check-in to Checkout

Pros: I was greeted by the most friendly guest associate. She smiled a lot and took care of the check in process in minutes. I just appreciate her warmth, courtesy and kindness. The entire hotel smelled amazing from the moment you entered the doors. The elevator and hallways were clean and the rooms were divine. I loved the walk in shower. The entire night's stay was so wonderful and checkout was a breeze. I am from Cleveland and I will certainly come back to the Hilton for another stay. My new favorite hotel!
