I was traveling on a family emergency and needed somewhere close to the airport and hospital.

Pros: Very clean rooms, professional staff, great ability to black out the room, and good Wi-Fi. The complementary coffee and 24 hour gym are great things to have. The staff were very aware of my needs and took the time to show that they cared.

Cons: Mainly that there wasn’t a microwave in the room.

Pros: Although I didn't have much of a appetite, I thought the food was good. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and extremely helpful. They made my daughter's and I feel comfortable.

Cons: The room was a bit cold, but I could have adjusted the temperature.

Cuba Hilton Centenary Airport South was a wonderful a wonderful stay in Florence Kentucky.

Pros: The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean.

Cons: I don't have anything bad to say everything was at or above par!

Pros: It was a short stay, but I found the hotel to be well-equipped, comfortable, and a good location to the airport. The front desk employees were friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a mix-up in the early morning (4am) for the shuttle to the airport, as a family of 4 showed up to take it but had not signed up the day before, but they resolved the issue quickly and left on time.

Cons: I tried to contact the hotel twice through Booking, and they never answered. I finally phoned to ask and they answered helpfully, but it would have been nice not to have had to take the extra time to call for a simple question.

Modern, clean and welcoming.

Pros: Very modern and welcoming. I really liked that the rooms weren’t carpeted- made it feel much cleaner. The breakfast pancakes and toppings were delicious.
