We will return everything we great

Pros: Loved the suite, the pool and hot tub. The suite had plenty of room, beds were comfortable. The hot tub and pool were great. We really enjoyed our stay very much.

Cons: A few things we would recommend is bigger garbage can in the kitchen. Since the suite has a kitchenette with dishes pots and pans a full size refrigerator it can use a full size garbage can with extra bags and a broom to clean up accidental spills. We only had a small garbage can in the whole suite. Need one in the bathroom and the bedroom.

Had a great time and love the location plenty of stores and restaurants close by.

Pros: Breakfast was pretty good and the location was perfect for what we needed it for.

Cons: The pull out couch bed was a little uncomfortable and to hard. Some staff could have been a little more friendlier.

Pros: I like that the room had plenty of space. We wasn't sitting on top of each other. I love the 2 bed room and 2 bathrooms.

Cons: That I tried to pay cash. They said I couldn't because I used a third party. Disappointed when I called directly to see if I could get a cheaper price. It was almost a $200 difference (higher).

Pros: Friendly staff! Clean. Nice size suite. Great price.

Pros: What's not to like?! The hotel is amazing, room was great, breakfast was great, staff was very helpful and polite, everything was above our expectation!

Clean, good food for breakfast and on Wednesday evening, nice staff.

Pros: The pool and the hot tub were great. The elevators were quick. There were many places to fellowship with others like a lounge area, an outside patio area.

Cons: The door to one of our bathrooms did not close properly and would not lock. The breakfast times need to be extended to 10AM, not everyone wants to get up early while they are on vacation. The bed that I slept in was too hard and not very comfortable for me.

Comforts of home.

Pros: We have stayed there before years ago and really enjoyed our stay. Location is great.

Cons: Have no complaints.

Pros: Everything was nice and clean, friendly staff, great breakfast and lounging area with available grill, screen TV and fire pits. Would definitely book again.

Pros: Not only was the facility clean and comfortable, but the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great!!

This wasn’t our first time staying here and won’t be our last.

Pros: Every time that we visit Florence we try to stay here. It’s in a great location, we love the suites and the free breakfast is really nice.

Cons: There is nothing that I didn’t like. We were pleased with everything that’s why we always try to stay here.
