Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Florence/Cincinnati Airpo

Perfect for short stay for travelers.

Pros: This hotel was perfect for one night stay before our international travel. We left our car for two weeks while we were outside of the country. The price was very reasonable and hotel provide us with airport transfer.

Exceeded expectations.

Pros: The booking site overbooked the type of room I reserved but the gentleman working the front desk was super nice & offered to upgrade me to the nicest room they had available. The hotel had been renovated/updated recently. My upgraded room had fresh paint, new floors, new bedding, new smart TV, new fixtures, new fridge, & a brand new amazing mattress. Food was pretty good for Continental to.

Pros: Beds comfy Was quite around my room which was the suite

Cons: Wasn't cleaned right looked like blood stain on carpet and they need cleaned There was mold around sink and tub cause they don't clean right at all Also watched 3 live roaches crawl around in bathroom

Pros: Nice hotel, liked the location and A/c air conditioning.

I enjoyed my stay there for the one night I was there.

Pros: When I got to my room I noticed water on the bathroom floor. They sent the maintenance man to checked and discovered there was a leak in the room above mine. They moved me to a bigger and nicer room which i appreciated. The staff was courteous and efficient. The breakfast was very good too.

Cons: They need to chalk around their bath tubs where the new back splashes were installed. They is black (could be mold) around parts of the spaces. this was in both room that I was in. This made the bath tub not too inviting to use. Also the main coffee machine was not working the day that I was there so we did not have a choice of coffee although they did provide a decanter of coffee.

Pros: I had the handicapped room on the 3rd floor. Omg it's actually for handicapped people. For once I could bathe and shower and do it by myself. My daughter and I stay in a ton of motels. But this one was so very nice bars and a seat where I actually needed it and could use them.

Cons: People need to stop taking the remotes. We got in our room only to find ours was gone. They sent a guy up and he was great and got it working. I feel bad to bother people but when I have to I always dread a bad mood. But he was great
