Absolutely will be staying again when in the Columbus area!

Pros: I absolutely loved how friendly the staff was and the atmosphere of the entire property. We were in for our anniversary and we came back from our planned event to a bottle of wine in the room, a very nice hand written thank you card, some buckeye popcorn from the lobby and cards for breakfast the best morning. Drinks at the bar and Starbucks drinks. Rose petals were laid on the bed also. My husband and I never splurge on ourselves and this was such an incredible treat.

Cons: Absolutely no complaints

worth the money!

Pros: beautiful inside, friendly staff, smelled good, everything was clean. super quiet despite the festivities going on down the street. was super central to everything and a ton of nice restaurants were less than 30 mins away (walking). the theme of the hotel was well executed and made the experience unique. it was also an older building, so it had that old building charm! the bathroom was probably my favorite part of the room. it was updated, the water was perfectly hot and the shower was cool.

Cons: it was inevitable and completely not their fault, but I wish there hadn't been construction going on! will def come back next year and whenever else after to see it in its full glory. they warned me about the construction prior to my visit, so there was no real issue! the view outside our room was just buildings, and the windows were dirty, but I really enjoyed seeing the older windows had been kept!

Lovely stay.

Pros: The lobby and room are a little dated. Fridge in the room was empty! Found hair in the bathroom but bedroom and beds were very clean. Big bedroom. Price for the room was TOP!

Pros: I staid just one night for a business trip. The room was very big, huge bath and shower. The building is an historical landmark and the furniture is adequate to it. I had breakfast at the hotel. I can recommend it.

Cons: Nothing. There are scaffolding outside the main entrance, but I guess that was related to some renovations work.

Pros: Luxury without being over the top expensive. Great if you want to spice up your normal hotel stay for a get away.

Cons: Breakfast could be better. Very average food for a high price.

It was a great hotel, very safe

Pros: I like the valet parking, the check in process was smooth. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant was a nice touch with great breakfast

Cons: I didn’t like the wait for elevators and check in line was a little long

It was grand and I would definitely stay again.

Pros: The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The common areas were very well kept and pleasant. I did not eat there, but I like that it was an option.

Cons: I don't belive hotels or any ticketed event/park should charge to park at their facility.
