Pros: All round good hotel and facilities. Emma on reception was great.. Bright cheerful and friendly. Super professional and went out of her way to help not just me but others all round. Would stay here again.

Pros: No microwave in room. Reason for my stay was husband was hospitalized. Bed & pillows were comfy! Room was clean! Staff was exceptional! Convenient to Grant Hospital. Only regret was not knowing I could have asked for Hospital rate which would have saved me $30 for the 2 nights! Highly recommend if you need lodging while your loved one is hospitalized at Grant Hospital!

Good experience

Pros: Everything was great during my stay. The room was clean and spacious, and the lady at the front desk was very friendly. I really appreciated being able to check in early, especially with the cold weather. The location was excellent, right in downtown and close to everything.

Cons: Breakfast was okay, though the options were a bit limited. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and will definitely come back on my next visit.
