The hotel is very nice and staff is also.

Pros: Great, spacious, comfortable room. Housekeeping and cleanliness was outstanding. Completely updated. The restaurant is a loser for breakfast- awful. At 9:00 am they ran out of orange juice. French toast served ice cold, I left it and ate elsewhere for the rest of our stay. It’s unfortunate because would have been convenient. You’re hard pressed to find any restaurant close by.

Cons: Provide a decent breakfast at the restaurant.

Pros: Everything was great!!! Loved the stay. It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL

Cons: The only thing was our tv made noise and we called the front desk. He said theyfix it. When we got back, it did stop but started again. We didn't both them anymore since it was only an overnight stay.

Solo travel isn’t always easy but I loved my room for the comfort, quiet, special amenities.

Pros: I found the front desk staff exceptionally helpful and interesting. My room was so very comfortable and quiet.

Cons: I think the bathroom needed just a little extra attention.

I enjoyed my stay and would 10/10 recommend!

Pros: Check in was seamless and my room was ready before the official check in time. This property is centrally located to great cafes and restaurants. It’s walkable

Cons: There were minor missed opportunities to n the cleaning front.

Wonderful

Pros: i was upgraded to a larger room. So wonderful as it was July 3, my 78th birthday. I came from Lincoln NE & my parents stayed at the Great Souther on their honeymoon in 1936.

Cons: Bathroom sink plug would not go up far enough to allow water down the drain. The tub faucet would fall apart allowing water to gush everywhere. I would reconnect the faucet each time to shower.

The Westin is an hotel in the old style, but cozy.

Pros: I like walking into a lobby that is really a lobby, that gives the feeling of respite from the rest of the world. I also particularly like having a cozy small room so that my things don’t get scattered.

The Westin is a warm, comfortable hotel in the elegant style of bygone days .

Pros: Beautiful lobby; small, cozy room; I very comfortable bed with firm mattress and soft, warm coverlet. Everyone at the front desk is friendly and helpful, as are her the doormen.

Cons: The restaurant is understaffed
