Great place to stay!
Pros: Access to restaurants, bars and a cafe. The hotel was clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable.
Cons: On the first day there was an issue with the toilet and the sink. However it was fixed that same day.

Fantastic Experience
Pros: The location and service was excellent. As a European, the bland and tasteless American drip coffee is not what I look forward to. The coffee in the coffee shop and the overall vibe of the place is great - would definitely recommend.
Cons: The room I had to the rear was quit close to the train line which was noisy.

Lovely!
Pros: The Junto had a lovely atmosphere. The staff were excellent; they were super friendly and helpful. The decor was pleasant, and many fantastic amenities were on site - the restaurant and cafe served superb food. The room sizes were excellent - we had come from The Hoxton in Brooklyn, NY, which has a similar setup and style, but The Junto easily surpassed this, especially when it comes to the room size.
Cons: The parking is problematic. I'd expect free parking for overnight stays in a city and country so reliant on driving. The valet charge is costly, and street parking is limited and requires payment. Again, having come from Brooklyn, where public transport is plentiful, the parking there was free! The location is pleasant, in an area undergoing redevelopment and near Museums, but there is little else in the area. Great for peace, not so great for access to food and nightlife without the need to designate a driver.

Truly wonderful place, happy to come again!
Pros: Superbly designed hotel, exceptionally comfortable rooms; very helpful staff. Despite the constant ambient soundtrack, the comfortable lobby furniture, fireplace, ample natural materials and corn-blue walls make for a soothing berth.
Cons: Music in lobby and and hotel corridors is a bit obtrusive - thankfully does not penetrate far into the rooms. An oddity of the showers is that there is no temperature control - okay in view of the generally well-calibrated one, but some may wish to regulate themselves (perhaps there is a special instruction in how to effect changes, but this was not given). Also, by some misunderstanding, we did not receive room service upon our first night. That said, beds are exceptionally comfortable, AC quiet and efficient. The view of downtown Columbus stunning.

Pros: Brand new hotel - some new concepts for business travelers, comfortable bed, complementary snacks in the room.
Cons: Room rates were higher compared to hotels of similar class The on-property restaurant wasn't great They charge credit card fees !

My stay
Pros: The staff was amazing and helpful, room was clean. Building was beautiful, clean comfortable. Loved hanging out at The Trade Room.
Cons: No microwave in the room, wasn't told I would be having bunkers, room was small and exceptionally small trashcan. One down fall was no free breakfast for people who stay.
