The best place to stay for hockey fans

Pros: Huge room for reasonable price close to the Columbus jackets. Pretty quiet except for the trains passing by with occasional sirens turn on.

Excellent front desk and valet staff.

Pros: Corner room was excellent. Price was a little high for our room. Approx. $500 a night.

Everything was great other than a few minor issues- I would stay there again, if in the area.

Pros: Loved the room, close to everything that we needed, the bar and bartender we very nice!

Cons: The floor in the shower was so slippery I had to put a towel in there to make sure I didn't slip and fall while I showered. We ran out of tissues. I could tell extra starch is used when cleaning the sheets, they almost felt hard.

Pros: The view from floor 18 on the corner was absolutely beautiful!

Cons: The bed wasn't as comfortable at all, so I woke up with my hips hurting.

We really enjoyed our stay. I do plan to stay there again.

Pros: The location of the property was the reason I chose to stay there. Quick walk to the arena made it a perfect spot. Luca checked me in and gave me an amazing room with an even better view!!

Cons: The one thing I wasn’t real happy about was the fact that I waited at the bar to be served for over 15 minutes to order food from the kitchen to be told they were no longer serving food at a little after 10PM.
