Our stay was excellent and we'd definitely go again!

Pros: The staff was super friendly and helpful! Our mini fridge in our room didnt work and they had someone up to replace it pretty qucikly. Beds and pillows were very comfortable! The view from our room was excellent and the pool/hot tub was nice. The location was close to a lot of local places to eat plus they had a rooftop bar that was a cool experience (keep in mind it was a little pricey).

Cons: It exceeded my expectations. I have no complaints!

SUPERB STAY! Comfortable rooms, great facilities & convenient location!

Pros: I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Columbus Downtown and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. One of the standout features of this hotel is its convenient location. Situated in the heart of Columbus, it is just a stone's throw away from many of the city's popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping centers. The cozy beds provided an excellent night's sleep. The rooms were also impeccably clean and well-maintained, giving me a sense of peace and relaxation after a long day of exploring the city. The fitness center was well-equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, allowing me to maintain my workout routine during my stay. Breakfast had filling options, perfect to start the day. We also had a pet with us, and checking in with our dog was also convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Columbus.

It was great except for the lack of an action plan for guests, esp since the grill did this before

Pros: The food from the restaurants on the property was very good. The comfort of the bed was incredible. I might rebook for no reason other than to sleep in one of those beds again!

Cons: A fire alarm went off in the roof top bar. Supposedly, from a waitress , there is a malfunctioning stove vent that backs up in the kitchen. Until we flagged someone down to see what was going on there was no communication from any of the staff to the guests. They continued to work while the patrons exited down 28+ floors via the stairwell as the elevators had shut down. Very concerning how the staff reacted or should I say didn’t.
