I would definitely use this company again. Excellent service for the money.

Pros: The breakfast was brilliant and filling. The choice was good and staff were very helpful. The hotel was in a great place 5 mins walk from where my daughter graduated.

Much cleaner than most hotels.

Pros: The hotel is clean, the room is spacious, the breakfast and coffee were decent.. Especially the coffee as most hotels the coffee is awful. The staff I interacted with were very friendly.

Cons: There isn't a huge breakfast selection, but I'm fine with a waffle and some cereal. I'm not hard to please. The beds are very soft. This is not a plus for me as I've had several fusions.

Absolutely wonderful stay, far exceeded my expectation for the price.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Extremely comfortable bed and room.. We were on the forth floor and it was quiet. No noise from above or below.

Cons: The only thing I would recommend is a better selection for breakfast.

Overall our stay was good.

Pros: Loved the convenience of being attached to the civic center. Also, loved the parking garage connection.

Cons: Breakfast was not very good sadly. Everything was very plain and bland and even the pastries were a disappointment. The coffee also tasted like it was old and had been reheated.

Pros: Room was like a penthouse suite - for less than $100 breakfast included! Strawberry waffles were a nice choice! Easy stroll to everywhere we needed and wanted to be - even in the snow ❄️❄️❄️

Cons: Ice machines not on all the floors. Hide & seek.
