Nice room....sorry staff

Pros: The hotel was in a good location with plenty of restaurants right at it, along with a Walmart and Sam's which was handy. The room was nice with lots of space. The lovely lady in the coffee shop in the lobby was wonderful and seemed to know much more about the hotel than the desk clerks.

Cons: The hotel desk staff needs some customer service training. It was like we were bothering them. The one lady was downright rude and had a major attitude. Our reservation was for 3 people and we had 2 towels total in the room. Had to ask for towels both days because our room was never cleaned the first day. The desk clerk said that she was sorry but also never offered another room, even though we had rented another room the next night for our family that was coming to meet us. Very unprofessional desk staff which is sad because the hotel itself is nice. The coffee stand lady should be at the front desk because she knows how to treat the customers.

Nice stay

Pros: The room was very nice and spacious. Loved that little couch!! The bathroom was nicely done also. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was quiet and comfortable.

Cons: The only complaint I have is the cost of the pet fee. I realize you have to worry about potential damage, but my dog is cleaner in the room than some of your guests. I can understand a pet deposit in case there is a mess or damage that gets refunded if everything is good

Spectacular

Pros: All of the staff was extremely friendly, and the property was very clean and well-maintained

Cons: I enjoyed everything about the property. There was nothing that needed improvement.

Very nice to be able to return back to the hotel after a hard day and have it be a clean, nice room!

Nice room, but could be senior friendlier

Pros: Location was perfect. Price was right. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious.

Cons: Bed wasn't the worst I've had, but was far from the best. Toilet was not comfort height (ADA height) which can be a problem for many seniors like me with bad knees. You don't need to be disabled to appreciate a comfort-height toilet. And if that's not possible, a grab bar near the toilet (not provided in this room) would help. I would advise anyone with knee issues to request a handicap accessible room at this hotel.

Excellent weekend getaway!

Pros: Love the decor. And the courtyard was great for family pictures.

Cons: Breakfast had to be paid for.

Pros: Room was clean and spacious. The staff handled our needs. Definitely would stay there again.
