Overall, pleasantly surprised.

Pros: Nice breakfast! Surprise by the warm pool! And even towels at the pool!

Cons: The bar soap was a little too cheap in quality.

All in all the staff was great Zack was sweet and so was the girl with the pink hair

Pros: Breakfast was cold every morning we were there so we left and went bob Evans

Cons: I came thinking you were going to have a swimming pool and hot tub but they were all tore up. Might want to mention that on your website

Very good very good

Pros: The staff were very kind, the pool looked very clean even though we forgot our bathing suits. It was an overall very nice place

Cons: The chocolate waffle and syrup could've been filled up because they were out by 8

It was good for the most part

Pros: I didn’t eat the breakfast . The only issue I had was the tv remote wasn’t working very well I had to be right at the T V for it to work. Even then it wasn’t easy to get the channel to change . It would have been nice if there had been a channel guide left in the room . Other than that, it was a good experience.

Cons: Just the remote not working properly and parking was not as good as I would have liked but of course that was not the fault of the hotel.

Pros: We loved the staff and the room. Very easy to work with and nice. Housekeepers kept our room clean. They were respectable did everything for my kids. Hands down best ran hotel in lima.

Pros: Very clean entrance. Friendly staff. It was fairly quiet and complementary breakfast was amazing. Highly recommended for work or just relaxing.

Great location, spacious room, awful breakfast

Pros: The room was spacious; however, there was definite lack of attention to condition of furnishings, no dirty laundry bag available, no tv channel card, carpets throughout the facility were exceedingly dirty

Cons: the breakfast was horrible, probably the worst we have ever had, it wasn't just us feeling that way, the other 10-12 people down for breakfast were throwing away plates full of food same as us
