Short and pleasant experience

Pros: Location right off of major highway made it easy to get to.

Cons: Issue with billing but got resolved by manager about a week later

Pros: The room was large and offered everything we needed and more; stove, microwave, dishes, full size refrigerator/freezer. The staff was amazing; EVERY staff member we saw always spoke and with a smile.

Comfortable, nice and quite.

Pros: The bed was comfortable, the rooms were clean and spacious enough for my husband and myself.

Cons: It would have been nice for the breakfast to have been changed up. Staying there 7 days with the same breakfast menu got old really quick.

Amazing Stay!

Pros: Everything was great! We were there to see our mom as she navigates some serious health problems. My sister and I were stressed, heartbroken and far from home. The staff were so kind and helpful and the facility was an very restful, relaxing place at the end of each day.The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and accommodating. They gave us restaurant and things to see recommendations as well as nail salon recommendations when we needed a little self care! They even helped me make copies of paperwork and print what I needed when the guest computer was giving me problems. I will stay here again on my future visits to see my mom. We could not have been happier with our hotel choice!
