It would have been excellent had V/H/C system not interfered with our sleep and comfort.

Pros: Breakfast tasted good, nice variety, and presented well.

Cons: Most disliked was the heating/cooling system. It blew cool air no matter what was done to try to remedy it other than to block the airflow with pillows. This interfered with our sleep. The setup of this system is ill-conceived.

Pros: Jason kitchen/breakfast staff kept things stocked and was friendly. Chrissy was informative regarding town activities. Room was nice and clean.

Cons: Pool didn't open till 7am on weekend.

Pros: My mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I also liked the blackout curtain.

Cons: Would have enjoyed bacon instead of sausage.

Great but need new housekeepers, otherwise it would have gotten better ratings

Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful. Every area was clean. Pool stays open from 7am to 11pm, so lots of time to swim, breakfast had cheese omelets, sausage gravy and biscuits, sausage, juice, and so much more, and our room was perfect.

Cons: Tiles in room 215 are loose and need to be regrouted, everytime you walk over them it makes a small but ear scratching sound. Some of the housekeepers were snarky and rude (we could hear them talk about other guests very vulgerly).
