Pros: People coming in late upstairs were exceedingly noisy

Cons: Don’t know how you discipline the undisciplined.

Overnight stay which met or exceeded my expectations.

Pros: The room was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable.

Cons: The pillows were little squares instead of rectangles. It wasn't that big of deal but that's the one thing I didn't like.

PLEASANT STAY

Pros: Everything was great but we had trouble using one of the room door cards.

Cons: We had to really watch our steps outside because of the snow and ice.

Pros: The convenience of being close to the front office on the 1st floor. The staff was nice considering the card issues they were having for the room keys

Cons: The room key card reader was not working. It would not let us in our rooms no many how many keys they made and tried. I know it was hard for the employees as well to have to keep unlocking doors for everyone to get back in their rooms.

The room was quiet and comfortable and it was a pleasant experience.

Pros: The manager was extremely friendly and was working hard with other staff to make sure the property was ready for guests to check in and keep it neat and clean. The site was away from the highway and located near a golf course so it was quiet and scenic. There is easy access to I-77 and restaurants and gas stations.

Cons: The basic breakfast items were there, but wished there had been prepared hot oatmeal instead of the packaged kind, and access to hot water to use that item was not convenient.

Pros: It was nice & quiet compared to other places I've stayed, very comfortable, and clean.

Cons: Not enough lighting and no fan to vent steam in the bathroom. Need a bathmat-type towel for the floor when stepping out of the shower.
