Pros: The view for me because this was my first time seeing the seasons change. I was born and raised in Florida and for my birthday I wanted to see seasons change.

Very Clean, comfortable, and pleasant place to stay with a accomidating friandly staff.

Pros: I did not avail myself of the breakfast I just went on to work.

Cons: There was no overhead lighting in the rooms. the lighting there was directed toward the lower part of the room.

Wonderful for the price!

Pros: Amazing and friendly staff. Wonderful location and easy to get too. They had a basic breakfast but provided the good stuff (my opinion). Staff provided extra essentials when asked to accommodate my family.

Pretty pleased with my stay

Pros: Really quiet and peaceful. Had a big spot for animals to go use the bathroom and also provided bags for pick up. The breakfast was very good. Just an overall good experience

Cons: The dog area and had a big parking lot, could use more than one Veteran’s parking spot

Will stay at again next year for the Derby!

Pros: Location was right where we needed. Went to Summit Indoor Derby and was only 10 minutes away from fairgrounds! Beds were comfy! Room was a little outdated but CLEAN and didn't smell! All facilities worked good! If want somewhere good to eat that isn't a chain look up Mike's Place, it's 4 minutes away and whole experience in itself with all day breakfast!

Cons: Breakfast was scarce (to be expected for the price per night). They had fresh fruit (banana's and apple's), 2 kinds of cereal, danish's (stale), and juice (Apple and Orange).
