Nice hotel but too expensive for the value.

Pros: Rooms are nice and well appointed but every time we stay, the bathroom floors are not completely clean and we run out of Kleenex. At this pricepoint, that shouldn't happen. Also Front Desk is understaffed.

Great Stay as always - Very convenient, clean and comfortable.

Pros: Having a student at Kent State University we utilise this hotel each time we come over - it's very convenient to downtown and the University, always clean, beds are comfortable, rooms are always clean. Service staff are always great. Having a washer/dryer inhouse is also super convenient.

Cons: The drawers in the rooms don't shut properly and slightly slide open - minor thing but has been the same in multiple rooms we've stayed in for the last couple of years. Housekeeping doesn't always replace teabags and cups, but there are ample available in the lobby so no real issue. We noticed parking in the PARTA lot this time had gone up 30% since our visit 12 months ago, but perhaps out of the hotel's control.

Great weekend away that was very affordable due to having a couple roommates!

Pros: It was great that a short walk to Kent Stage where I went to see Shaun Cassidy. Bonus - Monday morning Shaun and his keyboard player got on the same elevator after their morning working. Yes my brain cells froze and unfortunately no photo since he was in workout mode but the memory will be in my heart forever!

Cons: Restaurant wasn't open sunday afternoon/evening

Fabulous! We’ll be back in the fall!

Pros: Very much enjoyed our stay. Everything looked clean and everyone was very friendly. Had no complaints whatsoever! We definitely recommend and will stay there when we come back again.

Great central to everything

Pros: Great central location to the college and lots of little shops and food. Was notified right away when room was ready because I showed up early. Bed were comfortable pillows were too!. Didn't eat at the restaurant but it smelled amazing.

Cons: Shower head could use updating mine lept going back down to original postion when trying to move it but it still worked fine. water pressure was a tad lower in shower than I like but was still good.
