Pros: Attentive staff, kind and courteous. Room was big, had everything you needed. Breakfast was good, small choice but ample for what you need. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Cons: Only small gripe was that the actual toilet moved, so it isn't securely fitted to the floor. But it didn't stop you using it.

Ideal location if attending a concert at Blossom Hill Music Center

Pros: The location was ideal. The Blossom Hill Music Center was within easy reach. On arrival the main receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and had good facilities. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was pleasant and the reception/breakfast area was bright and modern. There were plenty of parking spaces.

Cons: The cleaners had missed some areas in the kitchen area. On leaving we put our dishes in the dishwasher. When we opened it there were already some dirty dishes in the dishwasher, including a mouldy cup. We told the man on reception when we checked out but he was quite dismissive about it.
