Courtyard by Marriott Akron Downtown

Pros: The room was comfy. The staff was pleasant. There was ample free parking within a very short walk.

Cons: The location was on the edge of some dodgy neighborhoods. Bed was decently comfy, nothing notable.

Nice hotel with a friendly and courteous staff!

Pros: We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our rooms and the cleanliness, the staff was very nice and helpful when we had questions, the location is great not far from everywhere we wanted to go in Akron or the surrounding area. We would most definitely choose this hotel again.

Cons: The only thing which could be better is the parking, not enough parking spaces for the hotel patrons there are other businesses which use the same parking lot we ended up down the street up under a bridge not the safest place to park at night.

Staff was wonderful, view was beautiful, I included a picture of the sunset from my room

Pros: Breakfast was wonderful and the servings were generous

Cons: could not find a switch to turn on the exhaust fan in the bathroom

Cons: 寒い時期だったので、バスタブがあったらよかったです。

Pros: The place was really clean the staff was very friendly and respectful food downstairs was very good

Pros: It was very clean, the staff was accommodating and the location was centralized to everything I needed.

Nice hotel-Ask for a high floor room.

Pros: The front desk staff, especially Jennifer, are fantastic . This is a modern, well designed hotel. The rooms are somewhat small, but adequate. The TV and WiFi worked perfectly. Guest laundry was appreciated.

Cons: The location of the room, two floors below the lobby, was dark and had a view of a set of stairs. The Bistro was in expectantly closed all day. Breakfast was just OK with watery oatmeal and a Mayo based breakfast sandwich.

This property is conveniently located to Cuyahoga Valley National Park, bars, shops and restaurants.

Pros: To my surprise, the location was exceptional. There were boutique, galleries and outdoor art that was worth visiting. Jelly’s music room is a few steps away and that was a cool feature. From my room I could see Cuyahoga Valley National Park and as a bonus, I saw the scenic railroad train.

Cons: I always book hotels with a pool . However, on Sunday morning June 8th I went for a swim and There were no towel’s available in the pool area. I had to get the last 2 towels from the fitness center which was an inconvenience. .

Pros: Great staff. Easy access. Nice room. Will return when in Akron
