Overall, it was pleasant.

Pros: It's always nice to have breakfast included. It's quiet during the night.

Cons: Only 1 elevator was working.

Excellent location, staff very attentive, and overall good hotel

Pros: Location was excellent directly off of Route 8. Exercise room and pool looked nice but we did not use. Breakfast was good-- wish there were more low carb options. Bonus was a Blink EV charger (for a fee) in the hotel parking lot.

Cons: There were 2 families with small children also staying on our floor. They were talking in the halls and kids were running and yelling late at night and again 7am outside our rooms. Not a fault of the hotel. However, it impacted the quietness and some people do not recognize that sound travels easily especially in hallways.

Great stay, great access to music venue!

Pros: The staff was friendly, helpful. It was quiet and comfortable. There was a water issue when I returned from a concert, but it was a city problem and they freely gave me water and were apologetic. It was not their fault. They did a good job during a difficult period. Great job!

Breakfast not good. Everything else was great.

Pros: The breakfast use some work. Potatoes were very Chunky and raw. Sausage tasted like it was freezer burnt..it had a weird taste. Not much fruit to choose from. Sorry everything else was excellent. I would stay again anyway.

Cons: No microwave in room . No hot tubs.
