It was a nice place close to everything

Pros: It was clean and staff were friendly. Close to shops and restaurants.

Pros: Staff was OUTSTANDING! Room was clean. It was nice and quiet.

Cons: I didn't get down for the breakfast on time .... and that was MY fault, not the staff.

Loved it. Will stay again.

Pros: The staff were so friendly and really cared about making the place comfortable and clean. The desk folks were awesome and the woman doing the breakfast the next morning was wonderful. Perfect location for my travel situation. I had to return home unexpectedly from holiday visit and this reservation was made quickly. I was pleasantly surprised that it was right off the highway and just over halfway home. The room was clean smelling, spotless, and I loved the soap and shampoo the hotel chain uses. Another remarkable bonus was the full breakfast! Very tasty and had everything you could want.

Cons: There were very bright lights from the businesses next door and no way to block the windows. Window shades would be a welcome addition.

For the price and location, I would rate this hotel a 7/10.

Pros: The hotel was conveniently located of the interstate. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean. The beds were confrontable. Overall, for the price and location I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Cons: I have no compliant.

Pros: Very nice view from the hotel Close to McDonald’s, gas station, stores Good breakfast with lots of foods to choose from Big and comfortable room Nice coffee machine in the room Hot coffee in the lobby

Was ok, would not go out of my way to stay there again

Pros: The breakfast was good. The room very clean. Unfortunately the hallways on the 3rd floor were grubby, dated with many dinged and scratches in the walls. The desk clerk was great, made a great recommendation for supper

Pros: The staff were wonderful and supportive. The location to Charleston is convenient.

Cons: The property was clean and comfortable. There were some updates that the property could have done, but minor. There really was nothing that stood out as negative.

My stay was comfortable and welcoming.

Pros: The staff was great, rooms were clean, and there were accommodations for dogs

Cons: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Comfortable stay & close to amenities

Pros: Friendly staff. Nice area for pets & they had pet disposal bags & containers.
