Super 8 by Wyndham Charleston WV

Good place

Pros: Breakfast was great and at all a good comfy place to stay

About is the bed soft?

Pros: We were so tired we played down soon after we got in the room and absolutely lived the mattresses, literally melted into them. It was a dreamy experience and hopefully, every Super 8 has those mattresses!

Cons: I had an issue with my reservation, and a one time code and ended up having to pay for my room with a credit card. The receptionist said to call booking.com to get an explanation, but that was a very negative experience, I never got through. I called the receptionist back, she told me she had punched the wrong key to procede and that she would refund my CC payment which was great! Her name was Mary, and she was v very professional and very remorseful that she was making me wait..... So, all in all it turned out to be a great experience! Thank you!

Pros: Cleaner than some other properties close by. Staff see.ed to always be very outgoing and eager to assist.

Cons: Location is kinda' in bad area, but it's States largest city..... All expected...

Pros: The location was awesome!, the room was clean and had a fridge and microwave. The staff were friendly and helpful.there was an elevator to use for the 3rd floor

Cons: Only complaint was bed was uncomfortable, but for the price and everything else, it was tolerable for a night or two.

Pros: Room was decent, clean and everything worked. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was very nice.

Pros: The price we paid for the night was perfect. We were passing threw and only needed 1 night. It was good for our family.

Cons: At night time it looks a little questionable but we gave it a chance and it turned out fine.

Pros: I loved the space and privacy of my room, the kindness of the staff, and free breakfast.

Cons: Just regarding the location itself, it's hard to get around to visit certain sites if you don't drive or don't have a car, especially on Sundays when there is no public transportation. You will likely have to arrange Ubers for certain destinations in such a circumstance.

Pros: Room was very clean and neat. Bed/ bedding/pillows were very comfortable. And I love the wood floor I feel it cleans better than carpet. Room also had a mini frig and microwave. The price was perfect for our 1 night stay within our roadtrip travels.

Pit Stop at Super 8

Pros: We stayed here last year and were impressed with what this Super 8 offered, clean rooms and a small breakfast bar. Compared to Super 8s in other areas you do not get this. Days Inn and Super 8 are in the same complex but Days Inn is on the parking lot side and Super 8 faces the highway exit side.

Cons: I think a double check of the room and mopping would have been helpful but other than that it was a pleasant one night stay.

Pros: Wonderful staff, always smiling and very kind, ready to help you with whatever you may need. Quiet area a little out of the way. Comfortable beds, hot shower, clean rooms. A desk there so I can work comfortably in the room. Awesome.
