overall was a good stay

Pros: Good location by the highway, big parking lot. It is in a quiet area and very calm during my stay.

Cons: very little choice for the breakfast

Good place to stay but eat out for breakfast

Pros: Quiet, good location, friendly staff Room smelled and looked clean; not stuffy as bath had good exhaust

Cons: No hot breakfast- add eggs/bacon/waffles. Also bananas were very overripe; juice was watery. Needs better pillows.

Pros: Perfectly fine. I enjoyed the hard boiled eggs. It’s an odd space so spread out and you kind of have to find where everything is. But it’s all you need for a simple breakfast. I appreciated it very much!

Cons: I accidentally registered for a handicapped accessible room. It was smaller and no refrigerator. They let me stash a few cooler in a regs which was greatly appreciated. I wish I had realized before I got there as I had a few perishables.

Clean and Comfortable Hotel

Pros: This was a one night stay on the road. It was clean and comfortable with a decent choice of breakfast items. I was disappointed that it did not have a refrigerator or some type of coffee maker in the room. The lobby was cozy and decorated nicely.

It met my needs and I felt safe.

Pros: I think the Microtel is a wonderful option for smaller Ohio communities. Many only have older motel style facilities that attract drug activity. My stay was short but it met my needs. Breakfast - not enough protein. Coffee excellent, fruit fresh.

Cons: I want to say this in a helpful way. The staff is prepared, polite, knowledgable, helpful and responsive. They know their job. That said, Bridget, needs a mentor to help with physical appearance - needs clean clothes, hair washed, and regular hygiene. This deficit is significant but she does not need to be fired. She knows and does her job. If her appearance and hygiene would improve she would be a top employee. We had several conversations and she is a good person. I also wondered about other staff in hooded sweatshirts and pants I would not wear in public. But, again, everyone knows and does their job. Better than many higher end facilities.

Pros: Rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Everything was great!

Comfortable, clean, and convenient

Pros: Good location near the highway and a gas station, so easy for a road trip pit stop. Good wifi, rooms were comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast is nothing special, but is about what you would expect.

Cons: Only minor thing is that the rooms didn't have a fridge, so wasn't able to refreeze ice packs for my cooler.

Pros: I was greeted with a smile. Everything I needed was there. Cleaning could have been better.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, god value

Pros: Easy stopover hotel during a road trip; a few places nearby for food. Very friendly staff, room was a good size for the price you pay and place was clean. Plenty of free parking spaces.

Cons: You will need a car to get around this area, this is a small town off the highway. Rooms could be a little bigger but you get what you pay for.

We will visit again and definitely recommend this this safe, clean, friendly stay to others!

Pros: We really liked this hotel!! It was very clean, the atmosphere was pleasing to the eye, the staff upon arrival and departure were exceptional, the dinner suggestion the staff made was right on, the parking lot was clean and well lit, the continental breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!) the room was fabulous, the bed was comfortable, the view was so nice, the living/kitchenette was perfect and the price was very good for all this!!!!

Cons: No complaints or suggestions, We think this hotel is a great stop!
