Great nights sleep.

Pros: It was nice and quiet. Convenient to places to eat. Very comfortable beds.

Pros: Kyle was very helpful. The heat in our room gave off Vladimir very bad Nell so he moved us to another room The remodel is very nice.

Cons: The Orel seems to have three different types of thermostats and the staff isn’t sure how to get them to work. The last time we stayed we ended up just turning it off completely. This time it was an older thermostat and was very easy to go from heat to cold and adjust the temperature. There are no towel bars at all so where are we supposed to put the towels?

Pros: Was so impressed with how clean and fresh everything was. The room was so nice and nothing looked “dated” Loved the big lighted mirror in the bathroom. The breakfast selection was perfect for what we needed. The lady that checked us in was super sweet and very helpful. We were in van wert for the garage sales and she recommended places to eat. My only complaint was the bathtub could have been cleaner, wasn’t awful, but definitely could use a good scrubbing 😬 We enjoyed our stay and will for sure be staying again! 👍🏻

Cons: If I have to find a negative on this hotel for my experience, it would just be that it has very limited truck parking close to the hotel.

Pros: Very clean. Everything was new. Staff was helpful, suggested restaurants for dinner. Ironic that my smartwatch told me it was my best nights sleep in 3 months!

Cons: I just wish there were higher toilets in the room. All the hotels I've stayed in over the past 2 years had higher toilets so I was a bit surprised at the standard height.

A well run facility.

Pros: The breakfast was better and had more options than many hotels. It was also well thought out so that there was a good traffic flow. The server was very friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the cookies served in the afternoon.
