Great views and a memorable stay

Pros: Incredible views, comfy room and good service. We had a very late checkin, almost around midnight but the staff helped us remotely and we still had a seamless checkin

Very enjoyable, restful stay. The staff was all very friendly and helpful.

Pros: We didn't have the breakfast, maybe next time. I did really enjoy the Keurig down on the main floor for a quick cup of coffee. The bathroom was very clean and the linen was excellent as well.

Cons: A sign that directed us to the breakfast. That is really all that I didn't like.

I loved it and want to go back.

Pros: West Bank Inn is just across the street from Grand Lake, perfect location. Room was spacious with a small frig and microwave. There was a lovely little balcony overlooking the lake;, the perfect place enjoy the view. The sunrise was beautiful. The first thing we did was walk along the lake. There are lots of birds to watch.

Cons: Wish I had stayed longer.

Amazing location for a great price, but a lot you can get charged for

Pros: First time staying at this hotel and it was better than expected. 2nd floor rooms have a great view of the lake and everything you may need is in your room. Free parking with parking pass included.

Cons: A lot of extra things you can pay extra for. Front desk isn't 24h, so if you get locked out in the night, you have to pay extra for that. If you want a late check-out there's also a fee. The only place I have been in US that wanted to photocopy my passport at check in.

It was an awesome stay.

Pros: Everything, but especially the balcony off my room.

Cons: That I had to ger up early for work.

Beautiful View, Comfy and Cozy

Pros: Our second time staying here and we Love it...Right on the lake with a Beautiful view Love watching the sun rise and set over the lake. Always clean and cozy for my family my kids love it!

Cons: Our water wouldn't warm.up the first night so I wasn't able to shower but it was fine in the morning

Awesome stay on the lake!

Pros: Beautiful view of Grand Lake St. Marys, and close to downtown Celina. Very clean and comfortable, will stay here again.

Pros: Clean, comfortable room. Love the walk in shower. Beautiful lake view.

Cons: Had to check in earlier than we were ready to settle in because the desk isn't staffed after 8 pm. When we returned to get in our room, not all the lights were working at the outdoor entrances. I was glad I wasn't traveling alone as a woman. But we were there to help our son anf daughter in law after having their second baby. In those instances, I usually am traveling alone. So in future, this would probably not be my hotel of choice. Even just outdoor entrance that we're well lit would have me feeling anxious. For the price, we could have stayed in Wapakonetta and had a more secure location and hot breakfast. I chose this location to be closer to my son's home.

Pros: The view is amazing. The rooms are very clean. Love this place. We will return
