Cons: The service and room were fine and as you'd expect for a Holiday Inn Express. The Kurig coffee maker was not working the first day, but was replaced as I requested for the 2nd day. A minor issue.

Pros: I like the easy check-in the staff was wonderful. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that they didn't have bottled water or many choices in their lobby store

Pros: Staff was amazing and fixed all issues with no hesitation. Even found us a new room promptly and offered to reduce rate for hassle.

Cons: Bed sheets had not been changed from previous person. Clearly they were dirty and slept in.
