Pros: I love the mission of this hotel and restaurant. Providing training and jobs to people with disabilities is a wonderful mission and the staff is great. I always stay here when visiting family.

Pros: Anytime I travel to Muncie, I love staying here! I love the luxury feel of staying here. I call this hotel home sweet home! One of the best hotels in Muncie!

Pros: Breakfast was okay It was high priced though you would have thought it would have been included in the price of the room but oh well other than that and everything was fantastic

Cons: Breakfast should have been included and complementary instead of having to pay for it separate

Loved the rooms very clean

Pros: The rooms were very clean and it had a parking garage

Cons: Lot of homeless people walking around and charging there phones inside breezeway long walk from parking garage to hotel elevator for handicapped person and someone on oxygen

Nice hotel located in downtown and run by a friendly staff.

Pros: The rooms have been renovated. The staff is very nice. Parking in the garage is included and convenient.

Cons: The bathroom could include a makeup lighted mirror. The price was rather expensive.

A place I would stay again

Pros: It’s a very nice hotel. The shower in the room was awesome, probably my favorite thing.

Cons: I didn’t like the fact that there was no continental breakfast, one of our lamps was not working, and the staff could be friendlier and not so stuck up. There was some staff that was nice but some could have been more warming.
