Comfort Inn & Suites Muncie Near University

Good value and nice facility

Pros: Good location, close to the university and all kinds of food and stores friendly staff, clean rooms , good value

Muncie is such a friendly place!

Pros: I couldn't believe how friendly everyone in Muncie was! I loved the quietness and cleanliness of my room.

Cons: There wasn't anything to complain about, except the snow 🙄 but that's nobody's fault!

Cons: My card didn't work at the outside door. The light would turn green but the door remained locked.

Cons: Need room darkening curtains. The Hampton Inn shone brightly through our window.

Pros: We had a comfortable and quiet stay. Would like to see more local stations on TV and raised toilets in the bathroom. People are living longer, doing more leisure travels and just need a little extra help in the bathroom area.

Pros: I like how they was very hospitality and how they was you know had everything set up clean.

Cons: I didn't like it was a creep that was basically being around lurking I had teenage daughters and friends it was my daughter l 15th birthday and they're at the pool and of course you know they're 15 they're 16 or all that But he just kept lurking to the point that we said something you just still lurking so that was kind of creepy. So I didn't like the fact that the girls going to enjoy their self at the pool without a creep just looking

Not bad, just not perfect.

Pros: The room was large and spacious, and the A/C worked great. The complimentary breakfast was nice enough, with some decent choices. My wife said her bed was comfortable. She also said that she really appreciated the lotion, the shampoo, and the conditioner being on the wall in the bathroom versus the little bottles of them that most places we've stayed at before use. All in all, I would stay there again if I returned to Muncie.

Cons: Unfortunately, the bed was not that comfortable for me. It was just a little too hard for my tastes. It didn't prevent me from sleeping, but I do prefer a less firm mattress. The fact that they were having the carpets cleaned while we were there was an annoyance. I understand it has to be done, but had I known in advance that they were being done on the day I was in town, I would have chosen another hotel. I only found out about that when I arrived. A larger TV would've been nicer as well, but we were both able to see it comfortably from our beds. I would also like to say to bring your own antibacterial soap or hand sanitizer with you. There were none provided in the bathroom that I saw, and I had to use the shower soap to wash my hands after using the bathroom.
