Pros: The Staff was GREAT!!! They are always very pleasant. I have never booked in there and had an unpleasant person on your staff.

Great stay

Pros: Great location, easily accessible, great accommodation, friendly staff.

Cons: Parking limited, not enough towels available.

Pros: April, the manager was highly professional and pleasant to work with. While checking in; further discussion reflected that we thought we had made our reservations directly with this specific hotel, but evidently their records reflected a third party reservation was made. She immediately took care of helping us correct the reservation (bereavement) and provided excellent assistance for future reservations. April, went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our room; and also checked on the availability of the pool, as we were traveling with other family with children. Our room, breakfast and availability of pleasant staff was very good. We will continue to make future reservations directly with this location and have been pleased with the current renovations and are hopeful they will be completed soon.

We had a comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn.

Cons: A little noisy with slamming doors from other rooms at times during the night. Pool was closed.

Cons: I had to leave i should have stayed an extra day.

Holiday Inn was very convenient for accomating out-of-town family members
