Enjoy a luxe stay with exceptionally friendly and professional service. Have fun.
Pros: The room and facilities were luxurious and welcoming. Piano bar and restaurant on ground floor Rooftop open air and enclosed bar/bistro on top. The beds, linens, robes and bathroom were luxe. The location is excellent, adjacent to a hip and bustling restaurant and shopping area that also felt very safe. With all that said, the highest marks go to the staff who went above and beyond. We felt incredibly welcomed and cared for. Whenever I am in the Fort Wayne area again I will only stay at The Bradley.
Cons: Nothing it was a great stay!

Highly recommended.
Pros: The decor was beautiful - in true Vera Bradley style. The rooftop bar, cocktails, and food were great. Self-park was a short walk away and very convenient. Very clean. Very comfortable bedding.
Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Delightful! The one I’ll go back to!
Pros: I live Vera Bradley designs and style so the whole place—even the elevator wallpaper—was a fun pleasure. The beds were super comfy and lots of storage space. We were in the Ft Wayne suite, very spacious and comfy. Uber-quiet, too. I appreciated the hallway water and ice, nice not to have to waste plastic and buy water bottles. Nice, compact, flexible gym, even Peleton equipment. Special shoutout to the valet staff, especially Remington on our checkout day, who helped us sort out times, late checkout etc. Truly, everyone there was special, cheerful and helpful—and I regret I don’t know all the names to thank.
Cons: It’s hard to name anything. I would have liked a coffee machine in the room BUT the very large strong coffees were free before 7a.m. So how can I complain?

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff but experience held back by some important inconveniences
Pros: The Bradley is beautiful from the moment you pull up, walk into lobby, head to and into your room. Love the aesthetic, the scent, the colors. Staff all incredible. Excellence wins for sure here.
Cons: Had a corner suite which should have been wonderful but a few things held the experience back. First, ongoing construction outside was awful first thing in the morning. Not the hotels fault at all but I would have appreciated a heads up and maybe even an offer to move us to a room further from that side of building. Second, kids were with us this trip so needed the pull out sofa. However, it is a twin size. We booked the room for 4 and it obviously only sleeps 3. Daughter (10) ended up sleeping on two ottomans next to each other. Last, there are no blinds at all on the door to the balcony so if the construction noise hadn’t woken them up, they’d be up with the sun regardless.

A designer property , with exceptional staff !!
Pros: Magnificent Property , exceptional staff , Bobby was welcoming and made exceptions for early check in , and upgraded me .
Cons: No coffee machines in the rooms is huge bummer . A property which is so good , not having coffee machines in the rooms just doesn’t make sense .

We enjoyed being in Fort Wayne for family wedding and we absolutely would stay at The Bradley again.
Pros: Breakfast was great - we also had dinner at the main floor restaurant and it was also great. Loved the decor, the rooms and the beds were comfy. Staff were great. Great location. We did ask to be moved from our original room due to the noise of the sidewalk construction going on on the side street and that was accommodated. Unfortunately we arrived at the hotel very late due to delayed flights and our luggage was lost (did not get it until mid day the next day). The front desk did have toothbrushes and toothpaste we could have - not sure if there is an opportunity to have a few additional items available, if even for purchase (eg pyjamas/t-shirt etc). Perhaps this doesn't happen often enough for travellers to Fort Wayne to warrant anything more.
Cons: I am allergic to down but didn't even think to make note of that on the reservation as it is rare to find down bedding in most hotels these days. I did ask on our 2nd day if there were non-down alternatives for bedding (duvet and pillows) but was told that they didn't think there was. I do believe that some of the pillows were not down. Perhaps have some maps/things to do sheets available.

Will stay there again next time I am in Fort Wayne.
Pros: Staff, Cleanliness, and Location. Rooftop bar was a nice bonus.
Cons: Parking a little inconvenient. Paid the extra to use valet parking. Valets did a great job.
