We will book with Hyatt Place again in our travels!

Pros: Beautiful spacious room and materials used for room design. Bed was super comfortable! The complimentary breakfast was excellent! A great start to our day of cross country skiing! Thank you!

Pros: staff members were an absolute delight! Minus one! They were so kind, considerate and caring for the entirety of my stay! Incredibly helpful in every way and made my stay extra special!

Cons: The woman who checked me in was incredibly rude. It felt that I had interrupted her lunch. she didn’t stop eating throughout my check in where I was told absolutely nothing about the facilities or where to go! I did try asking but the burrito won

Was a great “home” away from home.

Pros: Because of the good reviews I was confident in the booking. The room we had was a suite and it felt like an extra sweet bonus. Wish we could have had time to stay again on our way home. Will DEFINITELY stay again if through that way another time!

Cons: Everything was very clean except the curtains on the window, that were damaged and dirty. The room was huge but the bathroom very small. This was not a problem for me; I was travelling alone so I just left the door opened. But if I had been travelling with somebody, it would have been complicated to get dressed in that bathroom!! (My room had 2 beds so this scenario must happen on a regular basis to other travellers.)

I would definitely stay here again

Pros: Quality of the whole stay beds were comfortable room was quiet and clean hotel, and staff were not worn down and lots of great restaurants nearby

Pros: Breakfast was delicious,all anyone could ask for.Beds are decent,room was spacious but bathroom was small,poor use of space

Comfortable, easy, friendly welcoming staff

Pros: Bed soft comfortable, room quiet, and large enough to move around watch tv , and relax.

Cons: Hmm??? A few small tears or holes in window curtain that reduced sun coming in. Really not issues but could be fixed.

Quiet , clean and very comfortable.

Pros: Design of room gives a sense of privacy and space for specific purposes. I liked some staff there a long time , and likely have helped me years ago with my stay. That parked well lighted and close to building ( as single woman parking can be an issue. ) And for me quiet is so important to relax and finally to sleep. Hyatt seems good with that!

Cons: As in past elevator noise is concerning to go up inside. Coffee maker might be better with pods but ok as is.

Great for short stays.

Pros: The staff was great and did everything to make our stay great. Breakfast was good as well.

Cons: The hotel needs renovation, but they do everything to make up for it.

A great stay

Pros: The king size bed room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were all pleasant and accommodating.

Cons: I didn’t like that the toilet and shower were fully visible from the door. I also didn’t like that there wasn’t a microwave in the room. I didn’t like the turkey sausage served at breakfast.
