Pros: The beds were comfy and the staff were helpful and professional. The hotel is convenient for several restaurants and the one we went to on our second night was within walking distance.

Cons: The fact that you would have to pay for the room to be tidied if you stayed for less than 8 days. The floor could have been cleaner. Tea and coffee making facilities are advertised along with a hairdryer but you have to ask for them at reception and the coffee machine was unavailable our first night. More choice at breakfast.

Nice basic room

Pros: Spacious room, comfortable bed, good wifi, good location, only a 15 minute drive to downtown.

Cons: We didn't plan to have the free breakfast anyway, but just looking at it, I think it was packages of oatmeal and that's it? So I would say they shouldn't even advertise that they have it.

Great hotel with a lot of amenities

Pros: Very modern and clean room. Hotel with pool and fitness centre.

Cons: Continental breakfast was just a breakfast bar with coffee, jogurt and muffins.

Great value for the price. Welcoming staff and good location.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a good value for the money. Easy drive from the Cleveland Clinic. I felt very safe staying there. The room was huge and very clean. The only drawback was that breakfast was sparse. I was able to take some breakfast bars and coffee to go.

Cons: The breakfast options were very limited. It was more of a grab and go situation.

My stay was great

Pros: The bed was wonderful the room was very tidy, clean and comfortable

Cons: Coffee maker wasn’t already in the room and no continental breakfast

Was having surgery

Pros: The room was beautiful, I have no complaints about the room or anything related to the room.

Cons: I didnt like the fact that when we check in I asked if there was a better rate being that I was here for surgery. The gentleman told me had hadbto have been done line when I booked it. She told me I would have to talk to the people at the hotel.. but like I told the him I am having tomorrow surgery tomorrow so I have to stay somewhere as we live 3 hours away. The other thing is the bed is so hard. I had to get up and try to sleep on the couch and itnwas just as hard. So. My husband has bee so sleepy all day: other the

Pros: It was nice to see you in the morning that they had a few things out for breakfast and the staff was extremely friendly and nice send it’s a close to the Cleveland heart clinic, which is why we ended up staying there and we will be back again

Cons: Getting lost on the way to the hospital from the hotel. Lol everything was great. I don’t have anything to complain about or to say it was a really nice comfortable stay

Pros: Staff was wonderful! Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons: Was sad that pool was closed for renovations. With one floor closed off, there was only one ice machine available and we could never get ice!

Would recommend anytime.

Pros: Room very excellent. Breakfast, very basic. Bed was very, very good.

Cons: Our stay would have been much better, but renovations have been going on since August. We'll be back for a third time.
