Predictable comfort.

Pros: We knew that we would find good lodgings at Candlewood when another booking fell through.

Cons: The only real issue was the confusion of being near another hotel and a conference area. Parking was not as easy.

Pros: The suite had a lot of space. Very clean, comfortable.

Cons: Front desk lady was a little rude and spoke fast. For 580 bucks no breakfast included in the rate.

Hotel good overall but could improve...

Pros: Candlewood Suites was a very quiet hotel. The hotel didn't seem too busy at all and didn't seem to have alot of visitors. The bed was very comfortable and made for a relaxing and pleasant sleeping night. We have stayed in Independence before so the area is always nice and has plenty of restaurants to choose from and isn't too far from any major attractions.

Cons: Minor- upon arrival noticed that a pillow was dirty. Went to front desk and asked for a new one and it wasn't a issue. The hotel is in a weird spot so the views aren't amazing or anything great. We stayed on 2nd floor and our view was the building AC units. Lastly when I think of \

The room was very comfortable. We prefer at least a continental breakfast for the price.

Pros: The room and hotel were very clean. The kitchenette was very usable.

Cons: It’s difficult to drive up to the office and turn around because of the small area. Very little parking close to the front. There was no breakfast available because of a conference in the Holiday Inn which is connected. They even ran out of regular coffee in the lobby one morning, with none available.
