I will definitely come back next time I visit family in the area

Pros: Nice lobby and outdoor seating area. Checkin and checkout easy. Room was spacious and well furnished. The breakfast buffet was great and snacks and beverages near the.Registration desk were perfect for between meals and reasonably priced.

Cons: The coffee pods in the room should have been replenished for the next morning. The desk staff only had decaf on hand when we requested some for next morning before retiring to our room. Luckily the breakfast buffet opened by six a m with nice fresh coffee.

Pros: I liked everything about the property from the Room to the daily breakfast.. Outside pattio was nice.. The bartender Hollie was amazing and made good drinks

Pros: It was big enough for 6 of us to stay together... not many hotels offer that. . very clean and roomy..

Good choice for comfort when in the Cleveland area.

Pros: Comfortable bed, really nice room. Fairly quiet. Good breakfast with lots of choices and friendly staff. Lots of restaurants very close by.

Cons: Pool had such a strong odor of chlorine and is fairly small.

The fun we needed.

Pros: We enjoyed the room and amenities. Breakfast was good as well.

Cons: We did not like the pool and hot tub. When we first went in it was clean then there were green slimy things floating in the water. The next day my kids got an ear infection.

Great location. Hotel lobby and rooms very clean.

Pros: Ok. No waffle maker. My granddaughter was very disappointed. The breakfast staff did not keep the breakfast items filled. Many things were empty or almost empty.

Cons: The only complaint about the facility was the pool. Could not swim in it. Very dirty and the hot tub water was almost black. Pretty disgusting. The bathroom faucet was broke and just hanging.

No different than an 89 dollar hotel

Pros: Great location. But longer hours are needed when a single family was in use of the waffle maker for 2 hours. Many upset guests.

Cons: No pool or hot tub… is why we booked this hotel. Pool facilities were awful and smelled terrible. Almost went elsewhere. Just tired.

Pros: The room was great. Kids loved the trundle bed. Quay was awesome. Helped with room key issues and getting us extra blankets.

Cons: The front desk individual was not very friendly and I had to go down twice because we could not get in the room when we arrived.

Family time

Pros: Lobby was spacious and clean. Room was big enough for my family of 5.

Cons: Pool was shut down for maintenance one of the reasons why i booked it for the kids. Sink would slowly drain and hair would come back up.
